Meet Wade Padgett
My name
is Wade, and I do a lot of things, I spend most of my time at work however. I
manage the kitchens of two restaurants both T’Paul’s Urban Café and T’Pauls
Supperclub. I also have school somewhere between half and full time depending
on the term, and I most certainly prefer the science and mathematics classes
over which I now tutor almost all of them short of the nursing program. My
hobbies include at the forefront the most challenging thing I have ever done;
ROV (Remote Operated Vehicle) club through the physics lab. Other interests
include things such as D&D, fitness, world travel, and I also take part in
local drag shows
My qualms
with current society and the arguments I will probably visit in this class will
likely stem from my somewhat liberal back ground and education in science.
First of all I have a hard time suffering a “science denier” without adding my
two cents on the horribly fallacious statements and facts. An implementation of
scientific rhetoric will likely inundate my words and often times influence the
direction of argument I most commonly seek (this is likely the reason I find
myself in theological debates). I have a high regard for life beyond myself and
extending to the planet as a biosphere (fortunately we are all inexorably
intertwined) and that mentality pushes me to the pro side of social services, environmental
protection, equal rights for all, proper educational accessibility, and so many
more.
